I wanted to tell you how much I am loving your honey for cooking!
I combined your orange honey with fresh ginger, sesame oil, all natural soy sauce, garlic, and fresh cilantro for a grilled chicken sauce. It was fantastic! I also have used the chai flavor for chicken breast. I think my next venture is going to have to involve the lavender honey (perhaps it will have an herbs d'Provence effect!)
The apple pie I must admit only lasted a couple of hours as my sister and I just ate it right out of the jar! It was almost caramel like! Sooooo good!
